P3 listed 4th place at the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for in the UK 2008.

On Wednesday 28th February, P3 was awarded fourth place out of over 400 employers at ‘The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to Work for in the UK’ awards dinner at the Battersea Evolution.

As well as being nominated in the ‘Home and Work Life Balance’ category, P3 won the special UK award for ‘Wellbeing’ in the working environment.

This is the eighth year that the lists have been published and once again The Sunday Times have broken records in conducting the biggest and most comprehensive survey of employee opinion in the UK. The views of nearly 32,000 employees from over 500 organisations have been fed into this year’s top 100 Small Companies list. Each year, the prestige of this list builds and the standards get higher meaning that now, more than ever, organisations that have achieved a place on the list really are at an elite standard.

This is the fourth year that P3 has enjoyed recognition at the annual Sunday Times survey and highlights our dedication to making our organisation one of the best places to work in the country. What makes the awards more impressive is that P3 is a non profit making organisation previously recognised in 2007 as the number one ‘Best Small Company to Work for’.
