Best Companies 2009 - Top 10 again for P3

P3 is delighted once again to be recognised by the Sunday Times as one of the best places to work in the UK.

This is the 5th consecutive year that P3 has featured in the list, having come first in 2007.

Martin Kinsella, Chief Executive of P3 said;

P3 beat off intense competition from over 997 companies seeking a place in the listing to proudly take up the official position of the 7th best small company to work for in the UK.

In total, over 200,000 employees were surveyed across a broad range of businesses in the UK, making it by far the most comprehensive study of workplace opinion and engagement of its kind.

What makes the awards more impressive is that P3 is one of only three not for profit organisations in the listing. Debbie Fox, P3's Human Resources Director said; "The significance of this award among our staff and external partners is immeasurable. A place in this list cannot be bought or influenced by slick company policies. Our success here demonstrates that in terms of employee satisfaction, small charities and social enterprises really can outshine some of the biggest companies in the UK.
