The work that we do at P3 is overseen by our Board of Trustees, who reflect the communities that we serve as well as individuals with the relevant skills, expertise, energy and commitment to drive P3 forward in supporting as many people as we can.

Chief Executive, Martin Kinsella
Chief Executive of P3 the social inclusion charity since 2002.
Previously Director of Modernisation and Service Development Consultant for South Derbyshire Health Authority, National Senior Service Development Manager for National Schizophrenia Fellowship/Rethink  and worked with offenders for Stonham Housing Association. Martin was also an international table tennis player. He has an MA in Policy, Organisation and Change in Professional Care (1st class) from Loughborough University and has Lectured and Researched in Health and Social Care at Loughborough University.
Board member of SITRA, (national) Mental Health Providers Forum, Social Enterprise East Midlands,
Chair Supported Housing Action Wolverhampton and founder of Notts Advocacy Alliance and Derbyshire User Voice.
Martin has recently been named as a Social Enterprise Ambassador for England
