Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving (Give as You Earn) is one of the most effective ways to regularly donate to P3 and is completely tax free.

The donations that you pledge to P3 come directly out of your pay before tax is calculated, so you are not taxed on anything you chose to donate. For every £5 you donate we can claim an extra £1.25 from HM Revenue and Customs at no extra cost to you.

To Give as You Earn, you will need to check with your employer to see if they have a scheme that allows you to donate through your salary. If they don't then its really easy to set one up through a government approved agency such as the Charities Aid Foundation.

If your employer does have a payroll giving scheme, print and fill in our payroll giving form , complete all of the relevant boxes not forgetting to choose how much you would like to give and how often. Sign and date the form and pass it on to your payroll department, its as easy as that!

You will need to include your employee or payroll number and national insurance number on the form in order for the process to complete.

Making a donation in memory

You can create a Justgiving page in memory of a loved one, adding pictures of the person you are remembering on your fundraising page and friends and family can donate in their memory. All donations made in this way are automatically transferred to P3 from Justgiving.

Donate through eBay
P3 are set up on eBay for charity donations so why not sell your unwanted Christmas presents on eBay and raise money for P3 at the same time!

Gift Aid
If you are a UK taxpayer, for every £1 you donate we can reclaim tax to increase your donation by 25p through the Gift Aid scheme, making it worth £1.25.

There's no extra cost to you - all you need to do is make sure you click the Gift Aid declaration if you are submitting a form online or tick the Gift Aid box on any donations you make by post.

By agreeing to Gift Aid your donation, you are confirming that you are a UK taxpayer and you are happy for us to reclaim tax on your donations.

Please note you must pay sufficient income or capital gains tax to cover the amount of tax P3 will claim back. So, for example, if you choose to give us a gift of £5 a month (£60 a year), then you must pay at least £15.00 in tax that year for P3 to be able to claim Gift Aid on your donations.

Remember, anything you buy through our webshop will help towards our fundraising targets. So go on, top up your CD/DVD collection, or, if you're making business purchases, why not make them from our webshop? There's also plenty of offers on DIY products, clothing and lots more from big high street names.
