Houses full of possibilities

Everyone understands how important having a place to call your own is. We provide homes and support people to stay in their own homes independently 365 days a year. Our supported housing services for mental health users are more than just a home – they are places to grow, places to learn and places to feel safe.

We support clients to develop their expertise and their aspirations for the future. Put simply, our services provide what people need, what people want at a place and at a time that they need it.

We’re doing all that we can to change attitudes and approaches to homelessness and mental health. Our broad services and projects provide a rich and vibrant mix of views, opinions and knowledge that have helped keep our front line services focused on what’s important to clients – positive outcomes, innovative solutions – changing lives.

One in four people will experience some form of mental illness in their lives, which could include depression, anxiety, obsession or phobia’s to name just a few. These conditions can leave people feeling alone and confused which in worst case situations can lead to feelings of despair, or worse. We work 365 days a year to help people experiencing mental health illness in collaboration with their families, health care professional and local authorities.
